Woodfield

Woodfield is an age 55+ gated community located just north of the Indian River Mall. The resort-like community center with exercise room and swimming pool has many activities available. The community has newly completed homes ready for possession or you can select from many models to have your home built.

Although the community has been designated as age 55+, up to 20% of the homes can be occupied by persons under age 55, but not under 18 yrs of age. Children under age 18 are allowed to visit up to 30 days/nights per year.
